myParish App Specialist Position


Diocesan Publications is looking to fill a full-time position on our myParish App team. The ideal team player will be “people-first” focused both internally and with our customers. This person must be hungry to take on tasks as the need arises and work to make the team a success. A willingness to help parishes achieve their mission is at the core of our values. Great organizational and communication skills are essential to preforming in this role.

Main duties:

  • Answer in-bound phone calls to assist customers in using the myParish App platform.
  • Respond to emails in support of myParish App on a daily basis.
  • Assist in online data entry projects that include configuring apps for parishes, dioceses and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system regarding client interaction and problem resolution.
  • Take on management of diocese and conference launch programs.
  • Be willing to travel and participate in workshops and conferences on occasion.

Qualifications:

  • A love for people and the customers we serve.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support position is a plus.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to follow a process through until complete.
  • Exceptional customer service skills required. Our customers are our number one priority.
  • Above average experience using a computer, smart phone, online shopping and cloud software.

Graphic Artist


We are looking to add a graphic artist to our marketing department. A qualified applicant should have experience or education in graphic design, exhibit strong design fundamentals and have excellent communication skills. Be able to execute the creative direction from concept through completion for all marketing and design initiatives. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Additional design software and WordPress knowledge would be beneficial. This position would be part of a marketing team responsible for creating all materials that promote Diocesan Publications in print, web, mobile and retail products. Production Department


Diocesan Publications Michigan is looking to add an additional full-time position to the production department.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating print ready files from documents submitted by our churches.
  • Communicating with clients through phone and email.
  • Color correction and manipulation of graphics.
  • Processing ad change submissions and creating ads for new sponsors.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Publisher.
  • Open to learning new skills and improving upon old ones.
  • Above average computer knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and good attitude are required.
